Customs clearance and logistics solutions
Our own customs team handles your export, import and transit customs formalities, and we manage the paperwork in the same file as your transport plan.
Less time lost at customs
Many delays in international shipping come from missing or incorrect documents. At ViaNova, customs is part of the transport plan: documents are prepared, checked and shared with all parties before the cargo leaves.
Declarations and formalities are handled by our own customs team. Where needed, the team also takes care of the T1 transit guarantee and the import declaration (DUA) on the Spanish side. We also handle communication with your shipper, consignee and carrier, so you follow both your transport and your customs process with a single point of contact.

Frequently asked questions
Do you file the customs declaration yourselves?
Yes. Customs declarations and official formalities are handled by our own customs team. Where needed, we also take care of the T1 transit guarantee and the import declaration (DUA) on the Spanish side, and we plan the timing of transport and customs in the same file.
What is a T1 transit document?
T1 is a transit declaration that allows goods to move under customs control from one customs office to another without paying duties first. It is commonly used when clearance takes place in the destination country.
Which documents are required?
Usually a commercial invoice, a packing list and a transport document (e.g. CMR or bill of lading). Depending on the product and destination, origin or movement certificates or special permits may also be needed; we share the list for your shipment.
Should I book customs together with transport?
Managing transport and customs in one file reduces mismatches in documents and dates. In our road, sea and project shipments, customs clearance is part of the operational plan.
